My Tickets & My Certificates — Attendee Self-Service
After registering for an event, attendees can access their tickets and certificates through dedicated self-service pages on the event website — no CMS login required.
My Tickets (/my-tickets)
Section titled “My Tickets (/my-tickets)”The My Tickets page lets attendees view and manage their event registrations.
How Attendees Access It
Section titled “How Attendees Access It”Attendees can reach My Tickets in two ways:
- From the website header — click the “My Tickets” button in the navigation bar
- Direct URL — visit

Authentication
Section titled “Authentication”My Tickets requires attendees to verify their identity:
- Enter the mobile number used during registration.
- The country code is auto-detected based on the attendee’s location.
- Receive an OTP (one-time password) via SMS.
- Enter the OTP to access their tickets.
What Attendees See
Section titled “What Attendees See”Once verified, attendees see:
- Event name, date, and venue at the top
- All tickets purchased under their phone number
- For each ticket:
- Ticket type and status (Confirmed, Pending Approval, Cancelled)
- Attendee name and registration details
- QR Code for event check-in
- Download Badge button (if badge is configured for the ticket)
- Order reference and payment details
Badge Download
Section titled “Badge Download”Attendees can download their badge as a PDF file directly from this page. The badge is generated using the template configured in the Badge Designer and includes:
- Attendee name and details
- Event branding
- QR code for check-in scanning
My Certificates (/my-certificates)
Section titled “My Certificates (/my-certificates)”The My Certificates page lets attendees download certificates earned at the event.
How Attendees Access It
Section titled “How Attendees Access It”- From the website header — click “My Certificates” in the navigation (if enabled in menu settings)
- Direct URL — visit
https://your-event.eventhex.ai/my-certificates - From email — organizers can include the certificate link in post-event email campaigns
Authentication
Section titled “Authentication”Same mobile number verification flow as My Tickets:
- Enter registered mobile number with country code.
- Receive and enter OTP.
- View available certificates.
What Attendees See
Section titled “What Attendees See”After verification:
- List of certificates the attendee is eligible for
- Each certificate shows:
- Certificate name/title
- Event name
- Download button — generates a PDF certificate
- Certificate design follows the template created in the Certificate Designer
- QR code on the certificate for verification (if enabled)

Section titled “Organizer Setup Checklist”To ensure attendees can access these pages smoothly:
