Gamification Overview — Challenges & Rewards
Gamification turns your event into an interactive experience. Attendees complete challenges (scan QR codes, visit exhibitor booths, attend sessions) to earn points, climb the leaderboard, and win rewards.
How Gamification Works
Section titled “How Gamification Works”- You create challenges — define activities that earn points (scan a QR code, visit a booth, attend a session).
- Attendees complete challenges — they use the mobile app to scan QR codes, check in, or interact with exhibitors.
- Points are awarded — each completed challenge adds points to the attendee’s score.
- Leaderboard updates — attendees see their rank in real-time.
- Rewards are given — top performers and milestone achievers win prizes.
Dashboard Stats
Section titled “Dashboard Stats”The gamification page shows 4 key metrics:

| Total Challenges | All challenges created (active + inactive) |
| Participants | Attendees who have completed at least one challenge |
| Points Awarded | Total points distributed across all participants |
CMS Navigation
Section titled “CMS Navigation”Gamification section includes:
- Manage Challenges — create and configure challenges
- Leaderboard — view participant rankings and points
- Rewards — set up position-based and milestone-based rewards
Challenge Types
Section titled “Challenge Types”| Type | How It Works | Example |

Why Use Gamification

Getting Started
