Campaign Landing Pages
EventHex generates dedicated landing pages for campaigns — standalone pages designed to drive registrations from specific marketing channels. Each campaign page has its own URL for tracking and conversion.
How Campaign Pages Work
Section titled “How Campaign Pages Work”Each campaign can have a dedicated landing page:

Section titled “What Attendees See”- Event branding — logo, colors, and banner from your event settings
- Campaign-specific content — custom messaging tailored to the campaign audience
- Registration CTA — prominent button linking to the ticket registration flow
- Tracking — visit and conversion tracking for campaign analytics
InGo Integration
Section titled “InGo Integration”EventHex supports InGo — a social marketing platform that encourages attendees to invite their professional network.
How InGo Works
Section titled “How InGo Works”- After registration, attendees see an InGo campaign widget showing which of their LinkedIn connections are attending
- Encourages social sharing and peer-to-peer invitations
- Drives organic registration growth through network effects
- The InGo component is displayed as an iframe on the payment success page
Short URLs & Invitation Links
Section titled “Short URLs & Invitation Links”Campaign pages work alongside other marketing URL features:

Short URLs redirect to the configured destination — useful for SMS, printed materials, and social media where character limits matter.
Tracking & Analytics
Section titled “Tracking & Analytics”Campaign URLs include tracking parameters:
- Visit count — how many people visited the campaign page
- Conversion tracking — how many visitors completed registration
- Referral source — which channel drove the visit
Use campaign analytics from the Notification Logs to measure campaign effectiveness.
