Display Wall Types & Customization

Each display wall type serves a different purpose at your venue. Here’s how each wall works and what content it shows.

The Sessions Wall shows a live event schedule on venue screens.

What it displays:

  • Current sessions with room/track, time, and speaker names
  • Upcoming sessions with countdown timers
  • Completed sessions (greyed out or moved to a “completed” section)
  • Track/room color coding for easy identification

Best placement: near session rooms, main entrance, or registration area.

The schedule updates in real time — if you change a session time or room in the CMS, the wall reflects it immediately.

The Photo Wall shows a rolling feed of event photos from the AI Photo Gallery.

What it displays:

  • Photos uploaded to the AI Photo Gallery in chronological order
  • Auto-scrolling carousel or grid layout
  • New photos appear automatically as they’re uploaded

Best placement: lobbies, networking areas, after-party screens.

The Session Summary Wall highlights key takeaways from sessions.

What it displays:

  • Session titles with key highlights and takeaways
  • Speaker quotes or important points
  • Summary cards for completed sessions

Best placement: hallways between session rooms, so attendees catch up on sessions they missed.

The Social Media Wall aggregates social media posts related to your event.

What it displays:

  • Posts from Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms matching your event hashtag
  • Real-time feed of new posts
  • Attendee-generated content alongside official event posts

Best placement: main stage backdrop, registration area, or any high-traffic zone.

Custom walls let you mix multiple content types on a single screen:

  • Session schedule on the left, photo feed on the right
  • Social media posts with a ticker-style session countdown at the top
  • Sponsor logos rotating alongside event content

All display walls use your event’s branding — logo, colors, and fonts configured in the Event Website settings. This ensures every screen looks professional and on-brand.
