Display Wall Types & Customization
Each display wall type serves a different purpose at your venue. Here’s how each wall works and what content it shows.
Sessions Wall
Section titled “Sessions Wall”The Sessions Wall shows a live event schedule on venue screens.
What it displays:
- Current sessions with room/track, time, and speaker names
- Upcoming sessions with countdown timers
- Completed sessions (greyed out or moved to a “completed” section)
- Track/room color coding for easy identification
Best placement: near session rooms, main entrance, or registration area.
The schedule updates in real time — if you change a session time or room in the CMS, the wall reflects it immediately.
