Account Setup

Create an Account

1. Go to app.eventhex.ai.
2. Click Sign Up.
3. Fill in your details:
   • Full Name
   • Email Address
   • Password (minimum 8 characters)
   • Phone Number
4. Click Create Account.
5. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

Note

If your organization already uses EventHex, ask your admin to invite you as a team member instead of creating a new account.

Log In

1. Go to app.eventhex.ai.
2. Enter your Email and Password.
3. Click Log In.

You will land on the Events dashboard. If you belong to multiple organizations, you can switch between them from the sidebar.

Forgot Password

1. On the login page, click Forgot Password?
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Click Send Reset Link.
4. Check your inbox for the password reset email.
5. Click the reset link and enter a new password.
6. Click Reset Password to save.

Caution

The reset link expires after a limited time. If it has expired, request a new one by repeating the process.

Profile Settings

After logging in, click your profile name in the top-right corner to access:

• Profile — update your name, email, and phone number
• Change Password — set a new password
• Logout — sign out of the portal

Language Settings

EventHex supports multiple portal languages:

1. Click the language selector (flag icon) in the top bar.
2. Select your preferred language (English, Arabic, etc.).
3. The portal UI updates immediately.
