Subscription Plans & Billing
EventHex offers tiered subscription plans to match your event size and feature needs.
Available Plans
Section titled “Available Plans”

| Professional | $99/month | Growing organizations |
| Enterprise | $249/month | Large-scale events and enterprises |
Each plan unlocks different feature limits — number of events, registrations, team members, modules, and storage.
View Your Current Plan
Section titled “View Your Current Plan”- Click Subscriptions in the left sidebar.
- Your active plan is displayed with usage details.
Upgrade or Change Plan
Section titled “Upgrade or Change Plan”- Go to Subscriptions in the sidebar.
- Click Upgrade or Change Plan.
- Select the new plan tier.
- Confirm payment details.
- The upgrade takes effect immediately.
Billing & Invoices
Section titled “Billing & Invoices”Your billing section shows:
- Current plan and renewal date
- Payment method on file
- Invoice history — download past invoices as PDF

Cancellation
Section titled “Cancellation”To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Select Cancel Plan.
- Confirm cancellation.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Event data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
