Event App — Full Attendee Walkthrough

This article is a complete walkthrough of the EventHex Attendee Mobile App — the PWA (Progressive Web App) that attendees use on their phones during and after the event. It covers every screen and feature from the attendee’s perspective.

Attendees access the Event App at:

https://your-event.eventhex.ai/app

It’s a PWA — attendees can add it to their home screen for a native app-like experience without downloading from an app store.

  1. Visit /app/login — the app login page with event branding.
  2. Enter mobile number — with auto-detected country code.
  3. OTP verification — enter the one-time password sent via SMS.
  4. Profile setup — first-time users confirm their name and details.
  5. Dashboard loads — the main app experience begins.

If the organizer has set the app to public access, attendees can browse without logging in (some features like networking and chat require authentication).

The dashboard is the app’s main screen, showing a personalized overview of the event.
